Coaching is an incredibly powerful way to invest in yourself and to grow.

As your coach, I will listen to you and create a non-judgmental space where you can show up as your whole self. In this trusting environment, I will be radically honest with you. I will guide you through a thoughtful process by asking fundamental questions, challenging you and holding you accountable. This way, I can help you identify and connect with your values, tap into your resources, reduce complexity and make important decisions. You will experience real aha moments and leave our sessions with a sense of action and commitment.

About me

I am a systemic coach, entrepreneur, chemist by training, former management consultant and applied improviser. I draw heavily on all of these experiences in my work. I also love to explore the world by bicycle. It brings me close to people from all walks of life (e.g. hitchhiking in the southern USA) and makes me appreciate the simple things in life, like a hot shower or a meal. Openness, curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility and tolerance for uncertainty are some of the things I continue to learn on the road. Being a father of two also influences my work. Every day, my children and I learn how best to navigate the never-ending dance of leading and following. Teaching improvisation at San Quentin State Prison gave me an incredible sense of purpose, agency and impact and ultimately became the founding seed for Mighty Real. Because if it works in a prison, it will work anywhere.
