About me
I am a co-active coach, entrepreneur, sinologist and economist by training and an applied improviser. I founded and run Mighty Real with my partner Martin. Improvisation or the ability to deal with uncertainty is an essential life skill for me on and off stage. My time as a researcher has equipped me with a focus on detail and the ability to look at a topic from multiple angles and in depth. Several extended stays abroad, mainly in China, Chile, Japan, France and the United States, have shaped my perspective on life and my appreciation for the cultural richness of our world. My most formative experiences include crossing the Atlantic on a tall ship, biking across the United States, teaching improvisation at San Quentin State Prison and raising two children.
